Keeping up with new papers across journals and preprint servers is a constant challenge. I built an automated pipeline that fetches, scores, and summarizes daily literature — so I can spend more time reading and less time searching.
Ideas rarely arrive fully formed — they grow through connection. Bloomly is a personal knowledge app I built to capture atomic notes, link them into a network, and let AI help develop them further. Available on web and iOS.
An informal log of tools and side projects that grew out of research work in biostatistics and computational biology. New entries appear irregularly — when something is worth writing down.
